The Black Girl Scholarship Fund is a fiscally sponsored project of Moore Impact, a 501(c)(3) public charity. As our fiscal sponsor, Moore Impact provides the tax-exempt status and operational support that allows us to accept charitable contributions and steward funds in service of our mission.

 

Moore Philanthropy is a collective of two entities Moore Impact Inc, a 501c3 public charity, and Moore Philanthropy, an S-Corp and Black-founded and woman-led philanthropic advisory firm. Together, Moore Impact and Moore Philanthropy work to reverse the historic underinvestment in communities of color by ensuring that changemakers, like those we support through this Fund, have access to the resources, infrastructure, and strategic guidance needed to create systemic change, build influence, and foster generational wealth.
